Away from home

This here blog’s going to be a little light on content this week (plus ça change I hear you say…) as I am overseas with work:

Can you guess where I am?

The photo credit will tell you, but no cheating!

I have, of course, taken 2 large hardback books which I really need to get off the shelves, as well as the Kindle, on which I’m currently reading Gold Boy, Emerald Girl by Yiyun Lee. The hardbacks are thrillers (one Robert Ludlum, one Jonathan Kellerman) which are intended to keep my mind from the fact that I am in a flying tube of death for a few hours each way.

(to any opportunistic book thieves, TNLRC is home. And she’s mighty fierce).

I’m pretty sure this is Brussels. I went there last year for a few days. If you don’t have much time, the Scenic Bus Tour is a great way to see a lot of the city in a short time.

Hope you have a great time!

Good guess, but wrong. I was quite excited when I walked past the building in the bottom left of the picture in search of dinner tonight.

Haha, I think TNLRC (or now TRC again?) is the main plunderer of said bookshelves…
